Enrollment

Process

Enrollment is open to infants 4 months to children up to 6 years old. Enrollment is on a first come first serve basis (except for infants with already enrolled siblings ages 2-6).

Contact us to schedule a time for you and your child to visit our school. During your visit you will have the opportunity to ask any questions and learn more about our facility and what we offer. The initial site visit is scheduled in the evening after ACP closes. If you'd like, another site visit can be scheduled for your child to come out and interact with the teacher and the other children for 20-30 minutes.

Upon enrollment, your child will receive a free school t-shirt. School t-shirts should be worn every Friday with blue jeans as Fridays are our craft days. Additional t-shirts can be purchased through the school.

An enrollment package is given once the required non-refundable security deposit and the first week's tuition is made. The security deposit is applied toward your child's last week of enrollment. Enrollment package includes:

  1. Parent handbook which outlines our policies and procedures
  2. Parent/Provider contract
  3. All required enrollment forms
  4. School t-shirt for each enrolled child
  5. Daily Schedule
  6. Child care flyer and brochure information

Spaces

  • For Infants (4 -18 months)…accepting a max number of 1 infant/young toddler
  • For Older Toddlers (19-24 months)…accepting a max number of 2 older toddlers
  • For Preschoolers (2-6)…open to enroll as long as there is space available

Waiting List

If there aren't any available spaces, you can put your child's name on our waiting list by filling out the contact form. As soon as I know a space will be opening up in your child's age group, I will call you to discuss availability.
